SKILL
Skill competitions run in 3 different rounds:

Community Round:
This round poises all competitors on the course with 9 different challenges to be completed in a set time limit. athletes are allowed unlimited attempts at each challenge. the competitor who completes the most challenges in the quickest time wins this round.

Timed round:
The timed round has one athlete on the course with 5 different challenges to be completed in 2 minutes. Athletes are allowed unlimited attempts at each challenge. the athlete who completes the most challenges with the quickest time wins this round.

big 3:
The final round of skill competition has one athlete attempting to complete 3 different challenges within 5 minutes. athletes are only allowed 5 attempts across all 3 challenges. The athlete who completes the most challenges with the fewest attempts wins this round.

SPEED
Speed competitions run in 3 different rounds:

Rounds 1-3:
All 3 rounds of speed have athletes completing a course marked by flags for the fastest times. all times are cumulative across all 3 rounds, with the athlete with the lowest total time winning.
STYLE
Style competitions run in 3 different rounds:

line Round:
This round has athletes preparing a line using any part of the course. Lines are traditionally sub 15 seconds and judged off of difficulty, execution, obstacle interaction and flow.

combo round:
The combo round has athletes preparing their best combination move to be performed anywhere on the course. combos should be plyometrically linked and are traditionally sub 5 seconds.

big trick:
big trick round has style athletes attempting a single trick anywhre on course.
